William Myles – Artist of the Month (February 2022)

Rating: 5 out of 5.

With new music dropping every day, it’s difficult for an artist to stand out amongst the sea of content. Pushing the lyrical envelope is a sure-fire way to gain some public recognition. Shock value is a powerful tool for an artist when it’s utilized correctly.

William Myles isn’t one to hold back and bite his tongue. The Florida native (currently living in Atlanta, GA) has been freestyling since a youngster. His aggressive approach to music feels like a throat punch to the pharynx. Every coin has two sides, and the emerging rapper isn’t afraid to embrace the darker choice.

His debut album, “The Devil’s Music,” has a name that speaks for itself. The 14-song album is a road map through hell and back. Take a stroll through the pitch-black alleyways with William Myles as he navigates through the unpredictable shadows. Now available on all music platforms, be sure to tap in today.

With an assortment of new videos uploaded to YouTube, William Myles is taking 2022 by storm. Check out the video for “Flex Sin,” and follow the Checkmate Label movement as it takes off.
