Recording artiste Little Robert is a multi-faceted singer and songwriter
born with a natural knack for music. His offerings are poignant, always
truthful, and tell a story of life through his eyes.
Early Life
Hailing from the cultural mecca, Trench Town, Little Robert has been doing
music from as early as 14 years old. Life wasn’t easy for him but he made
the best of what he had and gives thanks for the many lessons he had to
learn growing up.
Musical Journey
The recording artiste had his first real taste of musical superstardom with
the release of his first song Many a Rude Many a Don which gave him the
opportunity to go to the studio and to start doing dubplates.
Music has always been a huge part of his life and once he realized that this
was what he wanted to do, he decided to put his all into music. He was
further encouraged by his peers and community members to continue along
his musical journey.
His musical journey led him to sing on a sound from Trench Town called
Solid Gold and then he moved on to another sound called Libra Tone from
Tivoli Gardens in the ’80s.
Little Robert recorded a myriad of songs including a cover version of La la
Bamaba, Free Your Meditation
alongside Capleton, Sweet Girl, Gundar
featuring Boom Dynamite on Bounty Killer’s Priceless label and Nobody
Can’t Stop Me Now.

In 2002 he dropped his debut album called 35 Years commemorating his
life’s journey and went on his first tour in France. Since then, he has moved
on to release songs like In The streets, Herbs Fi Smoke, and more.
Earlier this year he dropped a track called Downtown that has been doing
extremely well. An avid lover of music, Little Robert will continue to make a
huge impact on the music scene.
